  I have recently ordered a trailer cover and spare wheel from TP Trailers. I read the delivery times on the website as I needed delivery quickly, so I paid extra for next day delivery. After a couple of days I had heard nothing. When I called them, I was told that Kevin was out and about, and could not get my order to me. I was told to request a refund on Paypal, which you cannot do. I emailed them, twice for a refund, before I had a garbled reply about being trustworthy and getting my money sorted, with some further instructions on how to do it. That was two weeks ago. Its now been over 8 weeks and I still have no money and after finally getting him to answer the phone, he hung up on me. The customer service is the worst I have experienced, and we run an online company so we know what to expect. I am instructing a debt collection agency for the money, as this seems the only way to get anything from them. In short, they have been inefficient, untrustworthy, dishonest and rude. I will be taking my experiences further, but if you are inclined to use TP Trailers, do so at your own risk.

  Ordered a trailer & cover from this company & waited three weeks for delivery, many excuses were made, and also numerous phone calls trying to get the stuff dispatched, all to no avail. We then filed a dispute with paypal to recover the £600 paid, and again more phone calls to TP trailers were made, with the phone being put onto answerphone and phone calls were being rudely terminated. TP claimed that they couldn't get the cover and that it was being made..a few enquiries later & we found out that Caddy trailers (the trailer manufacturer) ship directly from the warehouse. I can only assume that TP trailers didn't even bother to phone through the order to Caddy trailers. Strangely enough, once we had filed the Paypal dispute, TP then said the cover would be dispatched but no mention was made of the trailer being dispatched. Anyawy we went through a different company www.trailers.co.uk & they were very professional & had the trailer, cover & spare wheel delivered to Scotland in two days. I honestly cannot see any reason to trust TP trailers with your cash unless you like a lot of hassle & uncertainty.

  Needed Towbar for my new Laguna. No towbar compatable from local supplier so TP Trailers contacted A1 Towbars at Sheffield who fitted me with a new towbar WITHOUT CHARGE for allowing them to use my car to make a template. What better recommendation than this?

  I was searching the internet looking for a rear step for the towbar on my van. I dont part with money easily and I found these people on Ebay selling exactly the same steps as everyone else, but at nearly half the price. They had decent feedback and so I bought one. Their service was excellent. It arrived by courier well packaged and within 3 days. Thank you!
