  First class service and would recommend them to anyone who asked. We have been more than satisfied with both the service, workmanship and quality of the goods we bought. I am even going back for more goods to be embroidered with our logo on them.

• TERRIBLE SERVICE

  We went here four months ago to get some polo shirts with our company name on, looked at the samples and ordered some, supposed to take 7-14 days so we waited and called them on 10th day to see if they were ready, no th were not apparently should be a couple more days so we waited about 5 days to be on the safe side and went into town to collect them, when we got there they couldnt find our order at all and thy hadnt been done, we needed these badly so we gave them al the details again and they promised them within one week so we called again one week later and guess what they were not ready after another 3 weeks of waiting we gave up and went to ask for our deposit back, they wouldnt give it us despite it taking much longer than they firstly said, another two weeks later we got a call to say they had completed them and they were read to collect thay day, when we did get them they had spelt our comapny name wrong despite them having two copies of it in their own writing, we will NEVER go back there again and i would highly recommend you dont put yourself through the agrovation.
