    Is there someone who can explain what happened? I've been a customer for about 40 years (!), but since April, when I returned my last approval order, I haven't heard anything. And they have been loyal to me since I was a little kid.

  • 5 Good old fashioned business

    You may not believe me, but this is my grandads business. He is 87 in October and still working away with his stamps, all individually hand sorted, and he uses his old type writer to personally write to every customer. He still has a few staff working for him, but in response to the previous review I doubt he'll ever go online.

  • 5 Haven't got Approvals in Years!

    But D.J Hanson's we're fast, friendly & experienced dealer's, dealin with every theme you could think of and i would say they still are. I only wish they had a website now, cause i'm starting to get back into my Philatelic interest!
