Second hand car sales
Bought a car from them, they couldn't do enough for us until we had paid, then the after sales were pretty poor, the transaction wasn't complete but they had the money so we were not a priority any longer. Service is poor, took the car in for a repair job they carried out a totally unrelated service and we had to take the car in again. They were still going to charge me for the service that had not been needed on top of the work I had asked for. Always a long wait even if you book the car in for a service slot.
