Really good after sales support

I live in London and bought multipoint locks from Goole Windows because the price was easily the best I could find on the net. However the person on the phone line was particularly knowledgeable and helpful. Not only that, he was again friendly and helpful when called back (on two separate occasions) as I was having difficulty with fitting the locks. Great after-sales service - thanks again to him.
