• Worst Company and Customer Support ever! AVOID

  I have attempted to resolve an issue with this company and they seem to just go from bad to worse. I ordered 10 polo tops on 14/09/11 and eventually got them on 13/01/12 and as if that was not bad enough they sent me tops measuring 48" when I clearly asked for 42" but Oliver the owner is unwilling to do anything about it. I have kept on at him to replace them but in the end he just blocked my email address and disconnected me from their live support system so I can no longer contact them. Left with no option but to leave reviews on sites such as this about the poor service received from embroidedworkwear.co.uk and the unprofessional conduct displayed by Oliver it seems he is trying to get round this by having my reviews removed - this is my 3rd on here already due to them vanishing. Not only that because I am speaking up for myself and letting others know about my experience with them he has now resorted to retaliation leaving bad reviews about my business, This is a shocking way to treat your customers and just shows how unprofessional they really are.

• AVOID AT ALL COSTS No Customer Service and Deliveries are 3 months late!

  Just awful, no communication. Ordered on 1st Oct, paid £30 for express delivery. First part of order (4 items) arrived at Xmas, Second part of order (4 items) arrived today. Still waitin for the rest! Customer service is awful. They don't answer the phone-no matter what time you call. Don't reply to e-mails or even their 'automated ticket' system. Just rubbish. They are frauds and I'd recommend you pay your money to someone else. And as for the 'all orders are uptodate' message onthe webiste- it's a load of rubbish! Haven't even given me a refund for my 'express' delivery. 3 months and counting....

• Unbelieveable

  Ordered work jumpers on the 21/11/11, still not received them, paid in full too, even paid extra for delivery time! tried calling, fax and email but cannot get through, left messages, had no replies, you would think that they would at least call you back. No good saying give us a call on a Buisness reply because you cannot get through! i want my money back!

• Don't believe the hype, worst ever!

  Waited three months for the embroided work wear to be delivered and to top it all still haven't received the trousers and safety boots I ordered! Can I get a response from my emails or phone calls, don't make me laugh!

• Rubbish

  Wish I'd read reviews about this company before ordering. Their terms and conditions say they can take up to 60 working days and this is used if you dare to chase an order. Now waiting over the 60 working days and by the look of the other reviews they've had on line I'd better not hold my breath.

• Good

  Good products and prices. Went to them for a price match but their prices were lower to start with. Garments arrived on time and of good quality Good all round, definitely recommend.
