Socatots Scunthorpe

Socatots is the world's first preschool play programme to use football as a medium to teach numeracy and literacy and to encourage the physical, social and emotional development of children. Our game based activities are designed to improve your child's motor and social skills and we'll help them learn all about numbers and colours. Our qualified coaches will also teach your child excellent football skills in a safe, fun, friendly environment. Attending Socatots classes has several proven benefits for young children and their parents: * Improvement of balance and co-ordination, as well as posture; * Development of cognitive skills; * Increased self confidence; * Improved social skills; * Enhanced muscle and bone development and * Overall body awareness and understanding of the benefits of exercise. All Socatots sessions feature full parental participation and the emphasis is firmly on fun and structured play. Classes are held in-doors and class sizes are limited. This allows us to give you and your child one-to-one attention and helps you get the most of your time together. The first session is free. If you decide to join, the membership fee of £29 covers the cost of a Socatots kit for your child, a bag to put it in, a skills book, height chart, parents guide and car window sticker.
